@nfee … do you still have access to your old analogue line? If so plug a phone in and see if calling your number rings on the old analogue line.
I had a similar issue when I converted to Fibre 900 and Digital Voice. Whilst I could call out on my new DV service, I wasn’t getting incoming calls, however plugging in to my old analogue line I could get calls through. I could even call my own number from my DV handset and it would call the old analogue line. Mine was down to the order for my Fibre getting stalled somewhere in the BT system.
