I think multi call is found using BT phone and then settings then line settings

Multi call means you can make/receive 2 calls simultaneously.

Ah... I see. I didn't even know you could do that. I might try switching it and see if by any chance it makes the whole darn thing work more consistently. Thanks for your assistance.
