The digital voice phone is OK showing 1 missed call, but the DECT phones, XD8500, registered directly to the hub show 2 missed calls.
Anyone else seen this?
Calls answered on the DV handset will show as missed calls on the DECT handset.
There is no connectivity between the 2 systems although calls can be received on either.
Likewise, calls answered on DV can't be picked up on handsets connected to the green socket or DECT base station connected to the green socket and vice versa.
Yes. An incoming call rings all the phones. If not answered it shows as 1 missed call on the DV phone. On the DECT phones it shows as 2 missed calls.
Also the DECT phones ring continuously instead of ring-ring. That's another question.
In my experience, a call answered on the DV phone will be recorded on the separate DECT set as a missed call and will remain until removed manually. Have you checked whether the two calls shown are separate? Might also be worth checking whether the continuous ring is a setting on the DECT set.
Hi @SouthWest1 Have you configured your DV as single or multi-call (default)?
