Call Barring on DV
I recently decided to stop using DV for outbound calls since I already have EE unlimited mobile calling. To avoid any accidental calls on DV I activated call barring for all outbound calls. As soon as I do this the voicemail service appears to deactivate and no longer picks up unanswered incoming calls. It’s also no longer possible to access the mailbox remotely for the same reason.
After a week of back and forth with Customer Services, no one can tell me why this happens.
Seems to be very strange that it’s not possible to bar calls and have the voicemail service running.

Re: Call Barring on DV
Seems pretty obvious to me. If you have barred all outgoing calls you can't call 1571.
