DV Handset Issue - Batteries?

You could take phones off charger in the morning and put back on charger overnight  or you could do it other way round if that suited you better

I had wondered about smart plugs, but I may go for the low tech solution for now!

Mine are labelled Day and Night, with Day downstairs during the day.
