I've had problems with these phones (I've got three) ever since I've had them - mostly battery related I reckon. For example, I was on a call recently and although the phone was fully charged the call cut out after about 10mins i.e. the phone kept rebooting itself - the usual process, BT logo, synchronising data, etc. I was on speaker phone, so I'm guessing that had a part to play - although I'd still expect it to last for more than 10mins.
The batteries in all phones are relatively new - Eneloop 800mAh.
Anyway, ignoring my phone rebooting problem for now, I decided to follow the advice of some people on here and not leave the phones on their chargers permanently. All 3 phones discharged over a few days but I didn't let them get to empty. After putting them back on their chargers they duly re-charged themselves to what appears to be full. However, on all phones the charging symbol is still on.
Simple question: should the charging symbol disappear when the phones are fully charged?
Solved! Go to Solution.
is the charging symbol still there when you remove the phones from the base or disappears? if disappears then it probably is just a trickle charge when on base keeping phoned topped up
Charging symbol disappears when I remove the phone from the cradle but comes back on the moment I replace it. I could have sworn that it didn’t show charge symbol permanently before.
