i,m due to change tomorrow onward, all well and good, all kit ready,
i checked my account and they raised a modify order , fair enough, but my £7 month inc calls package is gone and being migrated to Pay as You Go, with its ridiculous rates.
i never asked for a contract change I suppose i,ll need to call them. Irritating though..
any one else had this , any reasons given?🤔
if incorrect phone package then you need to phone CS 150 as soon as possible and sort out correct phone package
