DV is clever
Converted to DV probably around 6 months ago , I kept the phone service on a PAYG basis, for the small cost decided it’s possible that some genuine callers may still use my landline number that I’ve had for over 30 years …the phone has rang probably 6-7 times in those 6 months …most genuine , but a couple , on checking the CLI before answering were from ‘suspicious’ numbers, and left to go to answer machine and , no surprise , no messages left ….however the last one , upon checking the CLI , it was 02039 *****, the CLI then changed to. ‘Nuisance ? ‘ ….pretty clever in my opinion.
