hi, my dv phone and 2 plugged into routr have started dropping out after 30-50 minutes and get a lag in conversation. any ideas?

Try a factory reset of the hub via the recessed button at the rear, but make sure you back up your contacts before you do and restore them afterwards as they will be deleted by the reset.
Possibly a poor quality Internet connection. A delay in conversation normally means that data packets are being dropped.
