DV voicemail - Handset still showing voicemails after messages deleted

1)VM shows as 1 new VW with green button illuminated and 1 VM <1> on menu screen 

2) Press button (You have 0 messages)

3)Tried registering/de phones - problem still

4) Tried resetting Smart Hub 2 - problem still

5) Turn ON/OFF phone - problem still

Any solutions to clear VM and beeping constantly

phone home on mobile phone and let go to answering and leave message.  now go to DV phone and get message and delete and that may clear messages

That what we tried yesterday, and just tried again this AM, after a 1h is all come back showing <VM> on the phone screen, green button illuminated and beeping

did you also try just dialling 1571

That what we tried yesterday, and just tried again this AM, called 1571 deleted as yesterday,  after a 1h is all come back showing <VM> on the phone screen, green button illuminated and beeping 

1)VM shows as 1 new VW with green button illuminated and 1 VM <1> on menu screen 

2) Press button (You have 0 messages) Call 1571 (Call 1571 there are 0 msg to deleted - (You have 0 messages) )

3)Tried registering/de phones - problem still

4) Tried resetting Smart Hub 2 - problem still
