Phones no longer display incoming phone numbers?
Hi @BigBarney,
Is your phone plugged directly into the hub or an adaptor? If its an adaptor does plugging it into the hub directly make any difference?
If you check your BT online account, is caller display still showing enabled in calling features? There is a login button on this page to check All about Caller Display | BT Help

Hi Alex
Thank you for your response.
I went online to BT help and it turns out that due to a recent update which I had forgotten about, you now have to sign up to a new contract in order to have incoming call numbers displayed.
The VERY helpful BT colleague dealt with that and within minutes my caller display was back to normal.
Incidentally, my Alexa phones connect to my hub via WiFi, so no cabling involved.
Well done BT!!
you phones connect to the SH2 base using DECT not wifi as you think - covered many times on forum
I think if you check your facts more carefully, you will find that these phones connect via WPS, which is I believe is WiFi!
the SH2 is your BT router and the DECT base station for your digital voice. the phone connect to the DECT base station and don't use wifi
I stand corrected.
I must remember to engage my brain before opening my mouth!
