I've received a Digital Voice Adaptor from BT in advance of the switchover to Digital Voice, however, I can't connect the adaptor to the router. I've pressed WPS on both the router and adaptor but they won't connect, the light just keeps flashing. Is there anything else I need to do? The instructions are too basic and unhelpful.

I synched my adapter about 2 weeks before DV was completed (BT cancelled first transfer) and plugged in this week without re-synching

Just try again making sure tor adapter is close to the hub. I plugged mine into an extension socket first then moved the adapter upstairs to where my main phone is. You don't have to wait until DV is switched on to synch it.
