so really strange my BT home has been working fine....
All of a sudden i can still receive calls but cannot call out, just get the dreded engaged tone.
Its not the message tone, i know the difference in the tone when we receive a message (its definitely not that)..
I have run the BT diagnostics check and it states not problem with my land line.
Broad band is still working.
I have turned the BT on & off and still the same??
Please can someone help me, its driving me mad!
