I am trying to contact BT (without any success) on behalf of my elderly father so I can be the nominated point of contact for his switchover to BT Digital Voice. He has a tele care system in his home too that I need to make sure will work. He is being migrated within the next 30 days apparently. Dialling 0330 1234 150 gets me stuck into a cycle of text messages and clicking on options that are not relevant to Digital Voice. The URLs sent with the documentation do not allow me to make contact with a human being to discuss requirements. The Chat Bot is of no help.
Can someone from BT please reach out to discuss further if possible. I have wasted over 90 minutes trying to find ways to get in touch.

Thanks for taking the time to respond. I shall try and persevere. All I wanted was a quick chat to a human being. I work in technology and the User Experience and Customer Experience is not the best from BT here. I’d give a net promoter score (NPS) of 4/10.
How my 85 yr old father was meant to deal with this on his own beggars belief.

It also depends on what time of day you called. Apparently but not tried it myself going to option 1 then option 1 and finally option 5 will get you to a person.
So that's 0330 1234 150
Then option 1
Then option 1 again
Then option 5
