Digital Voice - Not Receiving Calls - HELP

Sometimes nothing. Sometimes engaged tone. Sometimes just a continuous tone - like a dead line?  Depends who is calling so I assume it relates to what they are attempting to call on. 

However we get no incoming calls whatsoever. It doesn’t matter who is ringing.

All sorted now. It seems DV hadn’t been activated. On the BT system is showed we were still on the old copper lines - awaiting transfer to DV!  All got activated this morning so we finally have a fully working telephone once again 😃

Glad to hear you have now got it sorted.  I am not so lucky, BT haven’t done anything to get my incoming calls after over 4 weeks of waiting.
