Digital Voice Still Not active

Hi I had an email and postcard sent out saying am being moved over to digital voice in the next 30days this was sent to me around 16th of September 2024 and still not activated can anyone shed some light because it’s all false information

Why resurrect an 18 month old thread with an unrelated question about digital voice ?.
FWIW , if you were told your migration to DV was going to happen within 30 days and it didn’t , how has this negativity impacted you or your service, you will get another communication when the migration is rearranged, and even if the original dates were maintained, a second communication woukd be received  stating the exact date ( sent with a few days notice ) , so although it’s unfortunate that you were told a period in which you should be moved to DV but it hasn’t happened, your PSTN service has been maintained and you will get further notifications , it’s hardly a cause for concern, plans change , thing happen that can alter timescales , it’s hardly a big issue.

I can totally appreciate you'll not want to feel in the dark about what's going on with your migration, but I'm glad to hear that your analogue service has continued to work in the interim. 

If you reach out to our customer care team, they'll be able to get this all double checked at our end and clear up what's happening with the migration.
