Digital Voice home phone adaptor

I have got my free home phone adaptor in preparation for the switch to Digital Voice but I need to buy another one. Has anyone managed to get hold of one? I realise I'll have to pay for it but I can't find where/how to place an order - I keep going in circles on the website.

Yes, if you just Google "BT digital voice adapter" lots of buying choices come up, including from the official EE Store (that used to be the BT Store).
