Digital Voice: no incoming number displayed

My DV phone connected with an adapter, does not show incoming numbers.  Is there a setting somewhere for this?

Go to MyBT and enable caller display.

Found it, but it was already turned on...

then turn it off wait and then turn back on and see if that helps

Does CLI ( calling line information ) work when the phone connected directly into the SH2 phone port ( thus eliminating the DV adapter ), if it does then it’s the DV adapter that is not forwarding the information to the telephone handset.

Thanks to all - I had a setting on my account which I had not completed. Seems to be working now.
