After 5 changes of my appointment for my upgrade to full fibre it was installed yesterday. My digital voice activation is still at one of the previous dates (23/12/2022). I've been trying all day to get through on the phones to find out what's happening (one advantage of working from home). I don't understand why the activation date wasn't changed in line with the Openreach engineers' appointments. It had been changed the other times the appointments had been changed
