Digital Voice phone issue
We've got a BT Digital Voice phone and every time you pick up the phone from the base to use it the screen goes blank, it makes a jingle sound and says 'searching for hub' 'synchronising data'. You then press a button on the phone and the sequence of blank screen repeats.
The battery is full charged.
We've reset the hub - lots of times.
Still not working.
Tried the online chat and gave up waiting 'to be connected'. Any help?

Sounds like a duff battery. If you don't have rechargeable replacements you can use a set of alkaline just to prove the point. Just don't put the phone on its charging base with them fitted, this is just to test.
