Good suggestion. I will add that to my list of tasks getting reading for digital voice. We do not have an easy password for the two broadband accounts - it is a massively long one in each case, but it still would be simpler to change the one on the new hub 2 when it comes although even the thought of installing a new hub and whatever I have to do to get that working is not something I relish.....

That's what I've done with sny new hubs. Historically my first hub was BTHub3..... xxxxxx and that's what replacement one's have. All equipment sees thst so no problems connecting.
