Digital Voice

Since moving to Digital Voice some time ago caller display has worked perfectly. Yesterday incoming calls from  registered contacts are not being identified and our phones are showing "incoming call" only. I have rebooted the smart hub but this has made no difference. Is this likely to be a fault which should be reported to BT?
