been with bt for 2 years not had a problem until I switched over to digital voice . I cant get incoming calls sometimes I get through with a mobile but land lines is a no go . Had a guy looking into this a great bloke but he has exhausted all avenues . Never had any problems with the phone up to now can I get someone to help look into this.

Hi I've been with bt for 2 years and recently switched over to digital voice. When this happened could not receive any incoming calls. Sooke to bt they have exhausted all avenues. Would getting a new number solve the issue .
Sounds like a porting issue, speak to BT again and explain you're not receiving all calls, I would image anyone calling from a BT/EE or Plusnet number will get through, other networks don't.
