Digital voice, getting endless messages to switch my hub 2 on

I moved to Digital voice a few weeks ago, and its working fine, my analogue phone connected to my router is registered. However I still get endless emails and texts telling me to connect my hub 2, which is connected?

 

Has this happened to others?

How can I stop the emails. I'm connected and working fine!
