Digital voice no called ID

Hi. I have had problems with Digital Voice phone not showing caller ID. Made three calls to BT AND IT NOW WORKS.  Apparently there are two Caller Display features.  I had the caller display active so it wouldn’t work.  Because I have the BT Caller Protect BT had to add the Caller display with privacy at home.  They placed the order and it’s now working.
