I just wanted to post a big THANK YOU to @NeilO and the rest of the moderator team on here for sorting out my mum's digital voice service.
She was without any phone for weeks before I discovered these forums and I'd spoken to approximately 20 members of the BT customer service team, none of whom were able to help. Some tried, others were not so enthusiastic.
However once Neil, Robbie & John were on the case, it was resolved quickly. I can't thank you all enough for your patience, not only with sorting this out, but dealing with me an extremely stressful time, when I am sure I wasn't on best form! We are both very grateful for your tenacity.
