Digital voice phone has lost all call audio

Hi,

My Alexa digital voice phone has suddenly lost all call audio.

The handset rings and system sounds work, but when calling I can't hear them and they can't hear me even on loud speaker. This applies to all calls including voicemail etc.

I have had BT test the line, I have reset both the handset and the base. The phone reconnects to the hub after reseting without issue.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
