Dose anyone know if I got the Digital voice service will my broadband cost go up to what it is now or will it stay as it is right now?

Hi @Friendly835   Exactly the same. The only thing that changes is the delivery, not the cost. Home phone calling plan costs are also the same.

If you are being moved to DV from the old PSTN service there should be no cost change.

However, if you currently have broadband without a phone service and are switching to broadband + DV that will require the broadband re-contracting and the phone service will add £5 more.

Take a look at this:

If no other changes are made, Digital Voice is exactly the same price as analogue telephony and has no impact on the price of broadband.

As stated , it depends on what you currently have , broadband without any telephony at all (so no phone number associated with the broadband, no incoming or outgoing calls including 999 calls ) is cheaper than broadband and telephone together , so if you don’t currently have telephony and ask for it to be added expect to pay something for that additional service, if this is just a question about moving to DV telephony from PSTN telephony then there is no change to the price .
