Digital voice
Once again I have been told my switchover to digital voice has been delayed. This has been going on since the 28th of April, I was told it would be up and running today. This is my third delay without any reasonable explanation as to why ,I am told they don’t really know the reason and it has run out of time whatever that means. Where do I go from here. I have had no landline since the end of April now they say it will be the middle of June. Anybody got by advice I am really about to give up with BT and go elsewhere.

Re: Digital voice
are you dealing with FTTP TEAM who deal with digital voice 08005874787
the move to DV is result of openreach not BT Retail switching of the old PSTN connections and moving to another ISP who uses openreach network will give same problems
