Full Fibre
Callers to our number have to say their name and press the hash key even if their number is in our phone book since ordering full fibre.

You need to enable Caller Display, on the "Manage BT Digital Voice" options. Its not enabled by default.

Thanks for the reply. This option was not showing in previous attempts to add the caller id service. It has now appeared and I have ordered it so hopefully this will solve the issue
