Hi
A family member is moving house, and currently has BB Fibre (Hub) and Normal Landline connected to hub (digital voice?). Upon arranging the move been told the new location/road doesn't have the latest BT technology. This means they have been sent a EE 4G Router with SIM Card and will not be able to have a landline or the original hub.
Is this now the correct set up as just doesn't seem right but not an expert? Wasn't even offered Digital Voice option.
Thank you.
Its possible that the new address doesn't have FTTP ( Full fibre) and the FTTC cabinet is full.
Enter the address in the checker https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome and post a screenshot of the result.
