How do I make calls between handsets on the BT Advanced Z Cordless Telephone & Answer Machine?

Hi, hoping someone can help. I can transfer a call when it comes in to another handset, but I can't find a way of contacting another handset from my office internally. It's probably something easy. Fingers crossed.
