Hub6 used - don't want DV

Go to solution

I use the hub 6 here as we require different 2.4/5GHz band naming. I don't want to downgrade to the Smart Hub 2.

We tried the Smart Hub 2 during so connection issues but several devices would not connect via WiFi including the Box Pro.

We also do NOT use a telephone on the BT landline - not even one connected.

I see some people are now being switched over to DV but the hub 6 do not have a dv socket.

I take it I can keep the superior Hub 6 active without DV or telephone in the future?

@ozsat

You do not need to use DV, in fact you can get broadband without any phone service if you want, when you renew your contract. It saves about £5 a month.

You can keep using your HH6.
