I can't access the menu to change the ringtone on my BT Essentials Digital Voice phone.
Hi,
I'm trying to access the menu to change the ringtone on my BT Essentials Digital Voice phone. When I choose the Sounds option, then Ringing option it then says Error Not Currently Available. I've tried resetting the handset, base and factory resetting the router, but nothing works?
