Do you have the basic phone or advanced with alexa
I havn't got Alexa so presume it is the basic phone. At least I don't think there is Alexa.
The essential phone does not have Any adjustment but the advanced hone does under accessibility -tone and volume boost
Much simpler to use a mobile with bluetooth.
Thanks for that. Are you aware of what the difference between them is visually? Such as a button on the advanced called Accessibility or suchlike. Mine has no such button. If I need to talk to someone in BT about this, any suggestions please, to save having to 'go round the houses' before I get to the solution,
Advanced have Alexa facility and button on phone whereas essential phones don't have that. The accessibility is in settings on phone
Hi @peterdh There are home phones available with Bluetooth connection to hearing aids. I couldn't live without my Gigaset S700H Pros connected to a Go Box 100 which connects to your SH2. Also future proof for other VOIP providers.
What @imjolly is referring to, is the induction loop setting on the advanced phone, not Bluetooth. It's a thing that's been around for decades and is designed to pretty much just work.
It's the tech in use every time you see the above logo!
Yes, but Bluetooth is a far superior method.
