Hi @5progface.

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with calls cutting out. 

Does this only happen with incoming OR does it occur with outgoing calls too?

I can also see you have reported this previously, what was advised by the agent?

This only happens on incoming calls from Australia.

Advised that it may a fault at Australian end.

My daughter in Australia reported this matter to Telstra, they could not find any fault.

The calls cut off a few seconds before and a few seconds after the 15 minute mark.

My internet speeds on upload are  between 11 to 15 Mbps.

I was hoping that after two years of this matter being reported by other users, that there was a solution available.

It does sound like this could be a problem with the international number that is calling you. 

Does it happen with one specific number?

Has your daughter tried calling from another?

My daughter uses two different mobiles to call me.

I'm not sure what could be causing this @5progface

If this happens with multiple international numbers it could be worth speaking with our technical care team again who can complete a full diagnostics.

Vodafone in the UK refused to acknowledge they had a problem with mobile calls terminating after 30 minutes. I'm not sure if this is still the case but a search should provide more info which may be relevant to the Australian mobiles - the provider may also be in denial.

I changed to digital phone. No more issues. Just if there is a powercut, no phone. So Keep mobile charged! Or pay extre for baytery backup.
