Recently upgraded to full fibre broadband but now my internet work phone is not working - any ideas? Please

Welcome to this user forum for BT Residential phone and broadband customers.

Are you a BT Business Customer?

If not, you would be on BT Digital voice, and your phone would need to plug into the green phone socket on the back of the BT Smart Hub 2.
