My landline was damaged during a storm about 3 weeks ago which I reported to BT at the time. Since then I have had no contact from anyone at BT and don’t know how or who to contact at BT to find out when the repair is scheduled. Anyone help with that please?

If you reported the problem as damaged cable the chances are the openreach engineer came out, made the wire safe from anyone hurting themselves but cutting the wire or coiling it up at the pole.
They would then have closed the damage report off on their hand held terminal.
Unless you have reported it to your CP as no dialling tone or no broadband there will not be a job on the system for anyone to respond to. Suggest you call the 0800 number and report the problem.
