My elderly mother has blocked me... I need a technician to visit her and assist. Pls contact me for info. I have messaged / Chat BT for over 4 hours today, no help!
First of all this is a customer to customer self help forum, your post doesn't go to BT.
Secondly, its not something that BT would deal with. I presume you are not local to your mother, can you not ask a neighbour or somebody local to help?
