Local calls with DV

Apparently DV has removed calling local numbers unless you add the area code 🤦‍♂️ 

We have a Grandstream phones that are used for voip and also a 5G router with sip/voip phone port, and both have a setting to add an area code or dial plan string that auto adds the local area code so you can dial normally within the same area code.

Does the Smart Hub 2 interface allow a dial plan to be added for the DV phone service?
