My Parents were forcibly made to change to the new cloud system and have subsequently lost their land line. They have now been without this for nearly 2 weeks. Aged 85 & 76.
Calling BT numerous times as well as their Reginal Sales Manager is proving useless.
What a disgraceful service from BT, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

They did divert the LL calls to a mobile but that lasted only 48 hours. Since then the LL was either constantly engaged or now nothing.... No communication from BT at all despite them chasing nearly every day. Their local BT Regional Sales Manager has admitted that there is an issue, now he is avoiding our calls.
Its appalling service for a 'communications' company
You haven't answered the question as to where the phone is currently plugged into, the normal phone or the rear of the hub.
