Hoping I can get some help here from the Mods ..
My mum has recently changed her phone service from Sky to BT after specifically asking that her number remain the same.
BT have ignored this and changed her number and now say they can't change it back until she receives her first bill!
As you can imagine, as with most elderly people, her home phone is her life line so she is quite upset.
Any help to expedite this would be greatly appreciated

Hi @KevG123, sorry that your Mum has had her number changed on the move over to us.
Timescales on a port cannot be escalated. The 1st bill is issued once the service is activated so they would need to wait until the order is complete before placing a number port request.
