Hi,
I have two BT HD Voice (i.e. the Alexa ones) digital voice phones, both with multi-call selected. I can ring out on both simultaneously without problem but if I am on a call on one and then someone rings in, instead of the second phone ringing, the caller gets sent straight to voicemail.
Does anyone know why, please?
In case it makes a difference, Call Waiting is disabled.
Thanks.
Tarn
Hi @tarn
Thanks for coming to the community.
You've certainly got it set up correctly if you have multi-call enabled, and the outgoing calls are working fine.
With the incoming calls, does it divert to voicemail on the second line regardless of which phone you are using?
Michael
Hi Michael,
Thanks for your reply.
It doesn't matter which of the two phones is in use when the second call comes, the second call always goes straight to voicemail.
Thanks again.

Thanks for confirming @tarn
In that case, it may be worth following the steps in the Digital Voice troubleshooter towards the bottom of our Digital Voice page.
Michael
Thanks, Michael. I'll give it a go.
