He is elderly and has reported it but is getting nowhere. He is vulnerable and my mother has dementia and he has NO landline or broadband and his mobile signal is very poor
He is very frustrated..how do I report this for him please. Im hard of hearing so cant do phone calls
He reported the fault on Monday morning and still isnt connected
