My home phone not working.

Hi All.

Ok i have just moved to BT.

I have set my router up and all is good.

But

My landline phone is not ringing.

When i phone it from my mobile i get a ringing tone but the phone itself does not wring.

Ideas anyone?

All sorted.
I had my phone plugged into the wall socket and not into back of hub lol.

Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.

Where is your phone plugged in, the wall socket, the phone socket on the back of the Smart Hub 2, or the socket on a Digital Voice adapter?

Perhaps you are using one of the new BT supplied digital voice phones?

Sorted now.

I had my old phone plugged into the wall socket filter box,

Now i have it plugged into back of BT hub.
