NAD keys

I have 2 phone lines coming into my 1 residential address

Please help I'm struggling to get an upgrade to FTTP on 1 of the lines  due to a Nad key issue with bt and open reach

Please help if you can - thank you

My question is - should each line have its own NAD key ?
