Re: No Line

Just arrived home to find my phone states "NO LINE". I have no dial tone and have tried calling from my mobile which tells me it is ringing but the landline is not receiving the call.

I have checked the batteries in the phone which are ok and i have unscrewed the front of the broadband/landline box and plugged the phone directly into the socket, but still no dial tone.

Any ideas?

If you get no dial tone in test socket then phone CS 03301234150 FROM MOBILE. And report phone fault
