you need to expand on your problem

if you mean problems connecting dv phone/adapter to SH2 then check that DV has been activated by going to hub manager and looking for your phone number.  will not pair until DV active

Thanks
The phone batteries were dead. I replaced the batteries and hey presto the issue was fixed. The phone is working.

This seems to be a common problem with the BT supplied phones, it makes you wonder how long they have been in storage.
