After loads of broadband connectivity problems since switching to FTTP,a replacement Smarthub 2 was deemed necessary.Set it up yesterday,took 6 hrs to connect with hybrid connect working instead but eventually did.However The digital voice phone says no link to the hub despite registration successful.Any advice would be gratefully received.
If your phone number is shown when going into hub manager then select the number and try resetting base and see if that helps. You will have to re-pair the phone which you can do from the same place
If you want to have a landline phone then you must have digital voice with BT. however you can have broadband without the ability to make/receive landline calls but you still need to pay line rental which is included in your package
