Openreach have automatically detected that I have a telecare/careline device on my Digital Voice...which I do not and never have had. This is affecting any transfer I may have in the pipeline because my safety could be in jeopardy and Openreach/BT are looking out for me! Stupid though that BT have not rushed to check on my safety as I have had digital Voice for a while and could be in immediate danger. It is difficult for BT to fix this problem - am I detecting 'Dark Patterns' or is this just incompetence - as I cannot leave BT until this is rectified.
